How many people are in a cleaning crew?

Our crews consist of three people. This is because we have found that a three person crew allows for optimum efficiency and thoroughness. The fewer tasks an individual is required to complete in your home, the more time and energy they have to focus on the task. We truly believe that a three person crew equals a happier client!

 

Is Bonjour! bonded?

Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured for your protection. We are a fully legitimate and legal operation and we will gladly provide a certificate of insurance and a copy of our license at your request.

 

Do I have to give you a key?

No, you do not. Giving us a key is a convenience for you but not a requirement. If you choose to give us a key your key will be individually labeled by last name only and kept in a lock box until your cleaning day arrives.

 

What happens if I forget about my appointment?

You will receive a reminder call the evening before your scheduled appointment. If you forget about your appointment and we have a key, we will go ahead with your cleaning and you may simply mail your check.

If we do not have a key and cannot access your home, you will be billed for the cost of your cleaning as the staff is required to work the full day and must be paid.

 

 

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that all of our clients have busy lives and there are instances when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. While we are more than happy to work with your busy schedule, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All appointments need to be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid your being billed for the apointment.

 

Will the cleaning crew be on time?

Yes, they will. You will have a regular appointment time and we pride ourselves on punctuality. We know that the home cleaning industry’s standard for timeliness is quite low and Bonjour! intends to change this.

 

Does every crew member speak English?

The crew leader will always speak English and is likely bilingual as well. It is of great importance to us that you are able to communicate with the Bonjour! staff while we are in your home. Because of our commitment to communication and to improving the lives of our team members, Bonjour! offers free, private English language tutoring to all of our staff.
